Is there a time limit for ordering the voucher?
Please redeem the voucher as soon as possible. The voucher expires on 30 November 2024.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for one year.
Where can I find the personal voucher code that I need to enter when placing an order?
The code is located below the QR code on the card that you received from us by mail.
Where can the voucher be redeemed?
The voucher can be redeemed at the restaurant selected by you.
Can I transfer the voucher to someone else?
Once you have received the voucher, it is up to you whether you keep it or give it away. The vouchers are not personalized and therefore transferable. However, a sale to third parties is not permitted.
Can I cash out or exchange the voucher?
A payout of the voucher is not possible. Ordered vouchers could not be exchanged.
